Terry Farris

Terry is the Chairman of EdventureCo Asia-Pacific, a leading vocational and professional education and training platform, and DDLS, a premier training solutions provider. He has over 31 years of experience in philanthropy, corporate responsibility, social innovation, impact investing, and family office advisory.

As the former Chief Operating Officer of the Asian Institute of Management–Scientific Research Foundation, Terry secured what is considered in the history of endowments in the Philippines, the largest single donation given to a Philippine-based educational institution by a Filipino conglomerate.

While in Singapore, Terry was the Chief Development Officer for Nanyang Technological University. He managed and ran the Family Office Services for DBS Bank, where he led a team of advisors on family businesses regarding structuring, investing, governance, and philanthropy. Terry was also the CEO of Unitus Capital, one of the largest social investment banks in Asia. Before joining Unitus, he launched and headed the Asia-Pacific philanthropy services of UBS Private Bank and Meespierson Private Bank in Singapore.

In 1998, he launched Farris Associates in Hong Kong, advising companies on their corporate social responsibility, and working with family-run businesses involved in philanthropy.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Pacific Union College in Angwin, California.
