Asia is currently off track to meet the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, according to the latest findings from the United Nations.
Progress has been uneven across multiple fronts. On one hand, countries are moving towards improving quality education and providing access to clean energy. On the other, countries have been slow to build sustainable cities and communities.
And while the region is especially vulnerable to rising sea levels, there has been a gap in its overall climate response. This snapshot offers a compelling reason for each country to accelerate their actions.
